All went well with the repair service. We had been told the the repair would be completed in about one hour. After about 30 minutes we received a text stating that the work was finished. The message also stated the vehicle would be available in about 15 minutes after being washed. It took over an hour before it was returned to us! That long delay ruined an otherwise perfect trip to your shop. We have been bringing our vehicles here for over 13 years. This is the first time we've had an experience like this. By the way, the staff was great.
