It would been nice to inform the customer with simple text message about any delay of pick up time such as last minute staff meeting which I had to wait for extra 45 mins.

Everyone in the service department is helpful and friendly. Its very rare in today's world that people remember names, but not here. The employees take a minute to exchange a few brief words and acknowledge the customers by name! I'm so impressed every time with how I'm treated. Great work!
