Service dept. Was easy to deal with, price quotes was price charged, vehicle was done on time, and Nick did a great job. From the time I spoke to him on the phone til picking up the car, everything was smoothe, and I'll use again.

A small point. Do not tell a guest they are getting something, but then don’t give it.
When Nick brought the paperwork to bring to the cashier, he said the car was being washed. That didn’t happen.

Hi Nick, this is Way and did not have time to test out air conditioner. My son drove it home from Acura and did not feel the coolness from AC. So I will test it tomorrow.
As from previous services Lily, Greg (son) and me always notices that the interior is feeling greasy steering wheel, gear shifter, door handles and old floor paper that Is wet smell.
Especially on this pandemic virus, I suggest that Acura Service Dept. needs to keep safety cleaning a must requirement.
We had to completely use bacteria wipes, wearing a mask and use rubber gloves to sanitize clean the interior and door handles...
Going forward I hope that Acura considers the effort that we did after service does not becomes this way and its time and costly to us to sanitize a greasy car.
