Unfortunately, the dealership had not updated their automated phone message with the correct service hours. I arrived slightly before 6:00 pm, expecting that the service department would be open until 7:00 pm, as I had heard when I called to find out business hours. I was quite surprised to find the service doors locked when I arrived. Thankfully, members of the sales staff stepped up to take care of me, pulled my car up, and processed payment. Thank you sales staff members.

I've now been working with Nick for a year and he's been incredibly helpful. He worked with me on pricing that fit my budget, and was informative and patient with my many questions.
