My oil filter was not ready for my oil filter, and so my oil change took 2 1/2 hours. During that process I received NO updates without asking my service person, including I didn’t receive any texts. However I did receive two text updates after I left/ I will no longer be using McGrath Acura for service even though I am still owed a free oil change.

Leonard was amazing in helping me today. He physically showed me what needed to be replaced which was great. I trusted him (there have been others that I DID NOT TRUST) which helped me make the right decisions. He worked with me and helped me understand. Outstanding service today, thank you very much!
