Please send an email address to and I will be happy to explain the issues I had with this service appointment. This survey asked me to rate Nick; my dissatisfaction does not lie solely with Nick. While he started off less than customer oriented, he improved by the end of my appointment. But I am disappointed with several aspects of this experience.
