Nick is one of the best service advisors I have ever met! Every time I bring my car in for service, Nick makes me feel like webe been friends for years. He remembers the customers name and personal facts and stories! This is the personalized care that makes Mc Garth customer service centered just as it should be! Nick is thorough in his explanations and always goes the extra mile to make sure I understand! The tech who also helped me was great too, I believe his name is Brian. He was professional and patient while listening to my explanation of the issue with my car. I switched to Libertyville/McGarth Acura a few years ago because I was dissatisfied wirh service at another Acura dealership! Thank you for maintaining customer focused service!

Nick did a great job servicing my car and me this morning at the dealership. He followed up with me twice that my request afterward about additional products and I will be returning for more service next week, as was my preference. As a person at high risk for Covid, I am always masked, gloved, and socially distance. I appreciated that the customers and service people were as well. But I was shocked when somebody from the “front” of the dealership came through with another employee. The other employee was masked, but this gentleman was unmasked and standing very close and speaking loudly. Honestly I was shocked that somebody in the dealership was so flagrantly violating their own masking policy. It made me very uneasy.
