I knew it was going to be a long wait. Nick was generous to offer a loaner car so I can step out to grab lunch while work was being completed on my car. Nick, as always, is my service advisor and have no words to express my gratitude for the way he's taking care of my car and its concerns. He's personable and professional,making sure I'm satisfied with the service and understand my car's needs. He explained the need of replacing car's tires. Nick makes sure the driver seat, steering wheel and mat get protected with the plastic cover/paper provided by the dealer (thank you!) before is taking inside by the technician. Overly satisfied!
