Nick my service coordinator was great it was the dealership I had an issue with. Nick tried his best to resolve and dissolve the other issues that were out of his control. The GM Jamie was no help and did not provide any support. It is unacceptable to sees GM not have the capability to manage a situation and address a customers needs. During these tough times we are experiencing and knowing how serious is is to ensure safety,cleanliness and secure and environment that alleviates concern I did not find McGrath prepared.
