It took 40 mins to change the oil and rotate the tires and all my questions were answered. The only drawbacks were the waiting room was average at best, no comp waters or snack, no internet and Acura being a so called luxury brand. You were very trained and have a great persona. I also noticed a greasy handprint on my hood when someone tried closing it. It’s the little things like these that makes a premium car brand compared to an avg car brand.
