Awesome team! Wasn't able to help with scratch on door but tried there best body guy wasn't there on fridays but excellent guys! Car washed looked great for 10 mins but was a crappy day out thanks! Keep it up!

Bought a brand new 2020 MDX from McGrath in Westmont and discovered it had an alignment issue the first time driving it at highway speeds. Tried to get it serviced at McGrath Westmont, but they refused to give me a loaner vehicle and showed no concern about a mechanical issue on a brand new car. Called McGrath Libertyville and was able to get an appointment the next day. Service was quick and courteous. Thank you, McGrath Libertyville, for showing the concern we didn't see from McGrath Westmont and for fixing this issue. We will be servicing our MDX at Libertyville from now on.
