Nick did an amazing job handling the service of my Acura! If I were to continue to purchase Acura products I’d absolutely purchase another vehicle from McGrath knowing that there are people like Nick to take care of the car when it needs service. However, since NO modern vehicle should require TWO separate camshaft replacement services prior to 140k miles, I’ll be moving on from the Acura brand now that I’m replacing my 2012 TL that I purchased there. I’ve already paid to replace camshafts in this car once, and that was BEFORE 100k miles. (That’d even be unacceptable for a Dodge...let alone Honda/Acura). A cursory internet search reveals this is clearly a defect in the engine...Google “ticking Honda V6” and the results are telling. This is also why I’ve ignored Ivette Flores’s (and the other broad too, I forget her name) numerous-humorous emails & voicemails to “buy my TL back” from me for some bogus Blue Book value. You’d be foolish to buy the defective car back...and more importantly...I’d be foolish to buy a new one when there hasn’t been any acknowledgement of the oiling issues/camshaft failures.

Nick did an amazing job showing me what was exactly wrong with my car to giving me a car to drive while the car was getting fixed. Communication was great.He always called to give me an update while my car was at the shop. He helped me transfer my car seat to the rental and back to my car when it was done getting fixed. He had an amazing attitude and I was very pleased with the service.

Lenny did a fantastic job with the Acura RDX I just bought from Mcgrath. He was friendly and kept me appraised of my vehicle's status. He worked with my schedule, provided a loaner, and all around took good care of me and my vehicle. I'm very glad that I can trust Mcgrath to service my vehicle in the future.
