Nick was amazing!! I believe this experience with Nick and the service department was the best customer service experience I’ve ever had!! I was always kept informed on the progress of work being done via phone, text and/or photos. I cannot give enough thanks to Nick! Truly an amazing experience!! Based on his customer service, McGrath will be my first stop when I buy a new car!

Nick is very good at explaining what needs to be done to keep my car running like it should. I appreciate him being ready for my arrival and having the loaner ready to go. I like to the ability to get an itemize list of what needed to be done and nicks explanation of why it needed what was listed. I appreciated the timely turnaround for repairs and flawless pick up. Thank you again for a great customer service Experience.

Nick is great! You don’t wanna lose a guy like that they’re hard to find. In and out of there around a half an hour for oil change and service. Didn’t kill my day!
