They failed to reset, an indicator light after fixing my oil change, and tire pressure. They had my car for 2.5 hours. Should not have been overlooked!

I am currently on FMLA before my surgery 22/30. I don't know when I will get paid again. I was surprised my oil change was $100. I saw $14.95 coupon for synthetic oil change as Libertyville Auto Nation. I believe this was $20 higher than what I paid last May.

Jose was extremely helpful and listened very intently when I was bringing up my car issues. He took time explaining the various options for work that was beyond my budget but that needed to get done. He made feel secured in the repairs my car needed and he also worked with my schedule and transportation needs. He went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Steve was great and made sure that what I needed was covered under warranty beforehand like i requested. Got me in and out in a timely manner, provided a loaner car so I don't miss any time at work and was a pleasure to work with. Great customer care. Now my seat heater is working well just in time for the winter. Thanks Steve and Jose!
