Nick did a great job, very thorough in his initial interaction, followup and continued attempts to deliver on service. The unfortunate reality is your pricing - it is no where near competitive for major service issues and therefore will be getting my car service elsewhere. I dropped in without a service appointment and Nick was so accommodating that he had my car tire pressure issue checked out immediately. He was able to quickly diagnose my sensor problem. Even though it was at the very end of the day, he stayed and fixed my problem. Nick is always my go to person at McGrath and he always delivers a job extremely well done.
