Friendly and efficient. Only issue I would raise is when I was left a message that the work was complete (around 5:10pm) and told to wait 10-15 minutes to allow time for the car to be brought up from the wash. I arrived around 5:45pm to return the loaner and pick up my car and the service department was closed, so I wasted a trip. The closing hours are not posted outside the service department either. In the future, it would be good if the "work complete" message included an "arrive by" time. Thank you!
