Our service experience with Gus Baca was exceptional. He was able to have the tech check the failure codes for our Electronic Power Steering failure and for safety reasons was able to provide us with a loaner vehicle.
He kept us informed on when the part would arrive and had us back on the road in no time.

Tim was awesome. He explained in detail the issues with my vehicle. He took his time to ensure he explained the maintenance and walked me through details of future repairs. His customer service made me feel important and valued. He didn't speak to me in a whole bunch technical speech. The technical language he did use, he related to events/functions I would understand. During check in he was thorough in reviewing my maintenance record, immediately gaining my trust. I will ask for him everytime going forward. Thank you Tim!!

Tim was great. Very informative on what was going on and addressed everything. He should look up from his monitor and let you know he is getting your information loaded as your waiting. That way it doesn’t feel like your being ignored.
