Nick was the one who received my call regarding my need for new tire replacement and was able to give all the details and options I need. He was very accommodating, polite and respectful and very professional to handle customers and enjoys doing his job. When I picked up my vehicle my aspec emblem on my passenger fender was tore off. Leonard wasn’t the guy I talked to it was someone else but I left the dealership with no replacement emblem. I’m very dissatisfied with my service
