Too long to get oil change
Dillon kept me updated on the progress of the service on my truck and explained each item thoroughly!
Dub is fantastic! He’s great at understanding the issues and getting everything fixed in a timely manner and always working with me on getting my vehicle dropped off or getting a loaner if my vehicle needs to stay in for a few days longer than expected. He’s got great customer service and is always cheerful anytime I’ve ever had to deal with him! Good job dub!
You charged me $165 to clean a sensor that had been cleaned not even 2 weeks prior and we had already said was the problem issue. None of you cared to actually listen to the problems and look any further into the issue. So, when my car stalls out at the gas station next week for the same problem, be ready to get a phone call from hell. Everett is about to lose business if they don’t start listening to their customers, especially those that are women.
Except fot the wsiting,ehich wasn't there fault. I was ealk in or drive in. LOL

Service was very good,but I was there for more than three hours,was told there were no loaner vehicles the work was on a campaign known to take this amount of time.
