I'm pleased with the service. Seth was upfront about the charges and continuing issues. I only wish I was as pleased with the vehicle. I have had trouble with it from virtually the day I bought it. It's not Everett's fault, but I truly believe I got a lemon. It's at the point I don't think I'll ever buy a GMC. I had a GMC Terrain before this and loved it. That's why I bought another. As I mentioned, this one has been nothing but one issue after another. You can look at the service records for that. I ended up not getting the repair I went in for, because it was going to cost over $200 for a known factory defect. I live on disability and cannot afford such repairs. Plus, I live in trial community about 40 minutes away from Everett. My car is my only means of getting around. I need a dependable vehicle, but i have no trust in the SUV I have. It breaks my heart that I still have so many years to pay off a vehicle I now don't like. Though I like the people at Everett, I don't see buying another vehicle from them in the future.
