I had a oil change and tire rotation and I asked for my tires to be aired up so that the tire light would go away . They did that perfect but had to air my own tires when I got home. They are 65 pound max tires and they all had different air readings as low as 37 pounds. Just had to buy me a air pump to take care of that. I will consider rotating my own in the future
Your service rep did have on a mask, but it was hanging below his nose. As I was trying to check the vehicle in another employee walk-through right next to me with no mascon. To add further insult, when I pick the vehicle up your cashier had no mask on. Not only will I not go there for service again, I will never buy another vehicle at Everett Buick GMC.
Corey is always awesome! He is tentative and helpful. He is always courteous and professional and one of the reason I will continue my service there.

I am completely satisfied with Matt service. However I am not satisfied at ALL with Evertte Infinity. My wife took her Infinity in for service and she was ask if there is anything due to be done can it be done. My wife told them yes. I took her to pick her car and pay the bill. It was almost $300. I tried to get in touch with the service manager and that took 2 days. I ask him to explain to why the brake system needed to be flushed out. He told me because Infinity suggest you do it. I have never heard of having to flush a sealed system. I will NEVER buy another Infinity.
Also was told when I bought the car if I need a car to use when I am getting mine service that would be no problem. I ask for a car when I was getting mine service to run a errand and was told that was not possible. I am NOT SATISFIED AT ALL
WITH EVERRET INFINITY. If anything happens at the GMC I will take my business somewhere else.
