My issue was not with Matt, rather it was that a man (customer) was allowed to wait in the lobby while his vehicle was serviced without wearing a mask , and No one addressed that, and the female who took my payment when the oil change was completed wore her mask below her nose. She had dark brunette hair and this was around 8 am or slightly before 8 am today.
