Waited for someone to come out and check us in. No one came out, which was odd. Had to go in to get someone to help. Everyone was on cell phones. No one looked up until I asked if someone should help me. Still somewhat ignored. Finally Mason said oh yea I can help you. What do you need? Gave impression couldn’t care less that I was there. Very different from ALL my previous visits. Didn’t inquire about keys. The valet was out by our vehicle and he seemed to be the only one concerned that no one was coming out. Finally I motioned to Mason to come out. I asked if he wanted key to vehicle. He said yea I’m coming to check the vehicle in. He was not wearing a mask which now a days is so necessary and was surprised that no one in service office was wearing a mask. The day before I had called to inquire about service message that came up on screen. It was not a normal issue. I was transferred to service dept and no one answered the phone. Called back told operator no one answered and she said well everyone must be busy and put me to someone’s voicemail. I left message requesting call back. This was approximately 3 pm. So plenty of time for a return call. This experience was so out of the norm that usually happens with Everett’s service department. It was not extremely busy yesterday morning when we brought the vehicle in and we’ve had far better service when it was covered up. Thank you for your time.

I had a 11:00 appt for oil change and tire rotation. I had to wait 2 1/2 hours for work to be completed. Also I can get same work done cheaper closer to where I live. Sorry Gordon S

I was the first one in line this morning 5min til 7am to only get an oil change. That’s it. I also stated that my wife had just had surgery and I didn’t want to leave her at home by herself for a long period of time. That’s why I got there so early. ALMOST 3 hours later I left. It almost felt like I was being punished for stating that I needed to get out of there as fast as possible so yes I was frustrated. I try to always service my vehicles where I purchase them. Plus I love the Everett family and they are very dear to us. I don’t want anything! I just want to make you aware of my experience this morning.

Cory was very nice and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle. What was supposed to take overnight only took a few hours and saved me a hotel fee.

We wanted an oil change. That’s all. Over 3 hrs waiting when my husband went to ask what was taking so long. It seems that someone took it upon themselves to act upon a recall on an airbag and was waiting for the part to arrive. We were never asked or informed that they were addressing the recall. This was just not right. You can do better. We changed from Crain in LR to your firm because of all the good things we heard about you. I guess we might be changing back and I hate it because everyone is so personable, but right is right.

I couldn’t get there till 5:30 after work. Was pulling off your lot at 5:50. I couldn’t ask for better service. Fastest oil change I remember and your staff is very friendly.
