I had received a coupon from the dealership on an oil change. That’s one reason I went there as opposed to elsewhere. When I went to pay the check out young lady sniippily let me know you wouldn’t honor the coupon. The person I assume to be the manager heard the exchange.

I drive over from Hot Springs to have my Buick serviced at the dealership where I bought it because I consistently get treated right at Everett. I know I could have the job done right in Hot Springs but I prefer to support Everett Buick. I will continue to do business with them and recommend them to others often.

Only problem was my seat was moved and not put back anywhere close to where I keep it. But Cory did a great job and took good care of me.
I arrived around lunch time, an attendant took my information and I went to the waiting room. A receptionist offered me a Chick-fil -a Biscuit. In a minute she brought me a bottle of water! I ate lunch while I waited for the oil change! Great service. I know a lot of the boys that work there. I asked one I know if he would see if they would wash my car. He did and they washed it.
Everett’s served me lunch, changed my oil and washed my car.

I was very satisfied EVERETT should be very happy with there team,I especially want to thank Seth,he drove my truck and explained what he thought was my problem. He took my truck gave me a loaner to get back to Hot springs called me when my truck was ready explained to me that if they did not take care of my truck to bring it back.
