When I went to the cashier to pay there was someone in front of me. There were 4 people in the cashier office; but only one waiting on customers. I watched thinking one of them would waiting me. The person in front of me had trouble paying so I continued to wait. If there should be 4 people in that room and the office is set up with 2 computers at the front ledge; why could someone not have stepped forward and help me?
I understand people have specific duties; but public perception is important too.
My husband took my truck for an oil change because I am sick in the hospital. I guess they forgot to let him know the truck was ready. He was waiting for a long period of time and then he went to ask if truck was ready because no one came in to let him know.Truck was done around 2:55 per the girl checking out, they also couldn't find the documents since time had passed and the documents were already archived. He got there around 1:50 and left at 4:30 just for an oil change.
I was not there in person, however, he communicated everything to me over the phone in a very courteous and intelligent manner. He was able answer all questions that I had. Job well done.

It took 2 weeks to repair the camera on the truck that they messed up. It was not the original problem I had the truck in for. I was not kept informed on the progress of the repair. I am not happy.
