We got an oil change in the brand new Yukon we purchased. The oil filter or oil plug was not put in correctly. We had an oil leak, when taking the Yukon to get fixed, the sales guy told us loaners were for appointments, it would only take a couple of hours... to take a seat. I can not make an appointment when engine oil is leaking and the check engine light is on, so the appointment comment was absurd. Secondly, when the mistake is on the service from the oil change, a loaner should have been given. We should not have had to take time our of our busy day to come back for this to be fixed. It should have been done right the first time.

I was in a hurry and spent the morning getting new tires put on. I paid and drove away but the car pulled to the right a lot. So much I literally had to circle back and bring it right back. I pulled in and told someone what was wrong and they told me they’d fix it. I asked them how long and he said it won’t take long at all, just have to put it on a machine and it will be fixed soon. So I called my boss, told them why I wasn’t in and said it would just be a little bit and I’d be back at work. After over an hour of waiting I go back and the guy who had taken care of me was out. I know everyone should be able to go to lunch I just wish he would’ve been more upfront about how long it was going to take and not mislead me into thinking it was going to be a quick 5 minute issue when it was something that was much longer.

Matt was very courteous and respectful of my time. He knew I needed to be home working and helped arrange for me to get home (nearby) to work Friday and get picked up to get it Monday. I felt like he was very concerned that my vehicle was checked out thoroughly. Thanks!!
