I would like to have seen the cracked radiator or at least given more of a personalized description of what was exactly wrong with my car. It was a very generic answer to solve a problem that cost $1,500. Mason was very timely in getting my car done and did text and communicate with me. Labor for a “6 hour job” cost more than $700 that only took 3 hours. Labor was not discounted.....

Although I thought I was going to get an oil change, I also have had a problem with my Yukon’s tailgate which had to have costly priced parts. All went well and appreciated the extra effort of taking my wife by Courtesy Vehicle to the mall while repairs were done. (Thanks for the extra effort Everett GMC provides. Much appreciated & the reason I only entrusted it to help me and other customers.
