You guys are GREAT! Customer Service is off the charts. You offer Chic-Filet breakfast sandwiches,coffee, juice, cookies Wow!! And the service on vehicle is just as awesome. I will always bring my vehicle into Everett GMC for Service!!

It is always so easy and nice to get service with you all. He told me a 2 hour wait- no problem! Tv, beautiful music, coffee, clean, treats, cute people to look at egg, quiet, - such a warm atmosphere- I almost look forward to getting my oil changed!!????

OnStar alerted battery issues after work was done on a transmission issue. Matt was notified via text the minute the OnStar alert was received by me. Alert was not cleared by Everett service team. We had to contact OnStar the next morning and were required to uninstall and reinstall app to clear the alert.
