It is always so easy and nice to get service with you all. He told me a 2 hour wait- no problem! Tv, beautiful music, coffee, clean, treats, cute people to look at egg, quiet, - such a warm atmosphere- I almost look forward to getting my oil changed!!????

OnStar alerted battery issues after work was done on a transmission issue. Matt was notified via text the minute the OnStar alert was received by me. Alert was not cleared by Everett service team. We had to contact OnStar the next morning and were required to uninstall and reinstall app to clear the alert.

The only thing that i have a issue with is that I like to sit outside while my truck is the music is too loud.
It was a difficult day with some miscommunication but it was resolved to my satisfaction.
