When I arrived, the service tech talked sports with another and after 3-4 minutes, I was finally greeted. Upon leaving, I was first in line and the valet retrieved the car for the second person, while ignoring me. SERVICE, not Everett-like... disappointed.

Stanley was super as always! Just had an appointment for 9:00 and didn’t leave until 1:30. In the future I need to find out an appproximaion of how long services are going to take! Then I could have made arrangements for a ride so I didn’t have to wait so long! Everyone though was very nice.

Service is fine but music is annoying. I’m 79 and have done church music since age 14 so it’s not because it’s religious music, although I’m not there to be evangelized. I couldn’t hear what the ship was doing on the one TV in the waiting area so I moved to the far end to watch the girls ball game where the music was not over powering the announcer on the TV. He would be better served with low-key background genres.
