Very professional service
First time it ever took two and a half hours to get an oil change. My grandson ask why they didn’t tell us when we pulled in so we could make an informed decision.
He printed out our warranty for us and taught me when we needed to bring the car in. That was going the second mile.
Also they finished in less time than I thought

I received a text after I got there telling me to respond to that text if I had any questions. I sent 2 texts to ask what the status of my car was and no one ever responded. I was told to expect 2 and a half hour wait and it took 3 hours and 10 minutes. I was fine but would have appreciated a response.
Matt was great. He’s helped me before. Just another comment about the dealership. It is a COVID-19 death trap for people my age. No distancing, no masks, waiting room crammed with people, no place to distance when paying. Where have you guys been? I did see on tiny bottle of sanitizer at check out.
Great oil change and all employees were very friendly. The check out girl was very efficient and polite
I have trusted Seth with my vehicles for years. He is always on top of things when I need service and takes the best care of me. He is my go-to guy at Everett!
Your employee do not wear mask while working with the public. Some customer have underlined conditions, like me, and that should be taken into consideration.
Only issue was vehicle was returned not cleaned. Just as a courtesy please make sure vehicles are back to normal when you return from service. Other than that everything was top notch as always
