My complaint is not about the service to my car, that was satisfactory. My complaint is that your inside employees were not wearing masks to protect themselves and the customers. The outside service employees all were wearing masks. I was extremely uncomfortable going inside to get my paperwork, signing the paperwork, and having my credit card handed back to me by a man who seemed unconcerned about spreading the covid virus. Your outside employee even wiped down my steering wheel and knobs, something I truly appreciated. No need to call me..I’m sure you get my point! K Swann

I was told that it would take 3+ hours for my service and it took only 1 1/2 hours. Also, I needed a shuttle to return to get my vehicle, but none were available. Both of these issues were by phone and not the fault of Matt my service representative. I would have stayed in the waiting room if I had been given an accurate time.

I am completely satisfied with the work but this is the second time I put my vehicle in the shop and it took them one month to complete the work. Then they put me in a small buick encore which was not cool

Second time in a row... waited 2 1/2 hours for a $45 oil change, I had an appointment and there was only 1 car in the bay when I arrived. I am convinced I was forgotten, AGAIN. When I asked for a status, low and behold my car was ready! Then, after I paid, waited over 5 minutes for a valet and none to be found. I finally went back to Dub who retrieved my car. Friendly staff but broken system.

I saw too many people running around going in with no mask. They wanted me to go in to pay. I wasn’t sure my car had been cleaned. I had Clorox wipes in the car but I don’t know if they used them. I cleaned it myself before I left. I hated to bring it but it was overdue for a service. It was not impressive! Service should be more thoughtful of the older, more vulnerable customers that would like to stay safe.
