Stanley was top notch. I thought over 600 dollars labor was extreme for 2 hours it was in the shop but now that I have spent $3300 in the last three weeks I hope my issues are going to take a break. Thanks Everett GMC.

I was told that the sunroof on my car that I had stated always makes noise (rattles) when opened was repaired and checked , but on the way home I opened it and it still rattled. It takes me almost an hour to come over to Everett from my home so I am not happy with having to make another trip for that.

When the trim piece fell off our car I expected a big hassle. The only way they could have made it better would have been to order the part from pictures before we brought it in.

Mr Evans was very unprofessional! He acted as though we were a hindrance and a bother because we arrived later in the day on Friday. A person cannot help when they have car problems! I went back to the service counter and was only trying to see if we needed to arrange a rental car since we were not going to be allowed to use a loaner. Mr. Evans came out in a ver defensive posture and tone; which made me angry so the conversation was not a pleasant one at all! I again went to the service area because my so said that he was hungry so I wanted to know if there was a place we could walk to eat. Mr. Evans reply was that he and the mechanic were not going to be able to have dinner either and that we should just wait. That is ridiculous! All he had to do was tell me that he didn’t want to mess with our car and we would have had it towed to Allen Tillery where we do our business. However, he decided to be a rude unprofessional person instead. We bought a new car today from Allen Tillery because the part that was “fixed” was not even “fixed” correctly. That’s now how you do business and we will not be giving any more of ours to Everett
