Dub did a great job. The techs did a great job. Other than having to come back and pay an absurd amount for a tire pressure sensor that wasn’t in stock, it was fine.

I am especially appreciative of both Serh and Dillon in the service dept. I bought our car new in 2011. We now have over 201000 miles. Seth in particularly noticed that a part replacement was needed on one still under warranty. So far my car is doing fine thanks to Seth an Dillon who took the time to explore what my problem was. I do hope they will be made aware of my thoughts and thanks.

Thank you so much for ny service today! I called ahead so I would have everything scheduled. He had a vehicle waiting for me. So I pulled into the service lane, he met me with the keys. He retrieved the service vehicle, I got in. I was ready to go. He called when mine was ready. I pulled up, when in to pay, then came back to valet to get my vehicle. I qas on my way! Super!

I tried to make an appointment and was told to just drop by anytime. Made me feel like it would take longer since there was no telling how many cars were ahead of mine. Would have preferred an appointment time. But the time I waited was an acceptable amount of time so it all worked out.

We had brought in car for oil change and asked them to look at DVD player which is non functional and which was just replaced by your group less than 10 months ago. They stated they could possibly look at it, but would cost you $89. It was installed less than one year ago and not functioning. When we asked if they knew what possible fuse the dvd overhead system was relayed to, they said we don’t know (perceived as I don’t have time to help you). When asked about why car bounces upon driving, they stated we could look at it but it would be another $89. Always super friendly persons, but things certainly have changed along the way which was originally perks for buying cars from Everett. Example would be the lifelong oil changes for 9.99 which was increased to $49 two years ago for cost of oil. Still have decided to maintain at dealership for loyalty, but does not seem loyalty has always been reciprocated. No need to call and not asking anything be done to make right, just disappointing as we always had bought or referred our friends and company to Everett.
