I wasn’t happy when I called yesterday and told them that we would be making a 2 hour drive up there to have the oil changed, my Husband had to go to the doctor in Little Rock so my oil needed changing I was told by the manager over that department that any time I come up there to tell them that I need my oil change and since I live 2 hours from there that he could look at our founder and we were to get it changed really soon but the lady I talked to was really hateful to me so I asked her if I needed to talk to the manager because she told me I would have to make an appointment for another day and I told her to let me talk to the many and she finally told me she looked at our file and said to just come on in I wasn’t happy with her

Stanley served me and was extremely personable, friendly, professional, efficient, explained the process, and answered all of my questions. He accurately predicted how long it would take to have the oil change done and all of the other staff were friendly and helpful. Even though it was busy, your team got everything done quicky.
