Dub has always been great to our family, his hands are tied to the limited things that can be fix by gm. Gm needs to step up and fix problems with these vehicles that everyone spends so much money on. The service manager and Dub were great trying to figure out the problems we were having with wind noise, radio going out and transmission flush problems which gm needs to look at more and fix the problem than just doing simple flush. Everett gm is a great place to shop but the service which is not Dub or any service workers fault but needs to step up the time on fixing these vehicles and actually fixing the problem the first time instead of taking back 3 or 4 times. We bought this truck in august and it’s been in shop 3 of 3 of 6 months we’ve had truck. Which I did get a loaner from Everett.
Thought charge for v windshield wipers c was way too much.

I really trust the Everett team with my vehicle service. I have been disappointed with my last two service appointments. I have requested that your service team run my truck through the wash system and each time the service writer told me that’s no problem. I picked up my truck today and it was not washed. Is this a problem for me to request?

Seth scheduled my 2016 GMC Sierra to have my brakes repaired in a very timely manner. I was able to text him over the weekend requesting him to have my brake situation evaluated because I was fixing to leave town. He scheduled the truck & had it repaired by 11:00 AM on Monday morning. Man, you talking about service!!! That’s why me l, and I’m sure others return for service at Everett’s. Professional, caring, and honest.
