The sale person quoted a 4hr wait and the actual wait went over by 4 hours!!! A total of 8hr wait. My day was ruined due to the long wait!

I paid for full synthetic oil at nearly $11 a quart. When I picked up my car, the sticker in the window said next oil change 4/22/19 or 5000 miles. I went back inside and asked if the information was accurate. The service advisor did not know the length of time when using synthetic oil so he asked another advisor. This advisor said the information was correct. So I asked what’s the difference between synthetic oil and conventional out? He replied additives but they both need changing at 5000 miles. Not sure if I got the product I paid for. I will be going to Jiffy Lube from this point forward.

I had an appointment set. I got there on time,I walked in the service department office, there was three reps on their desk, none of them ask me if I needed help. I had to ask them for help. My car was ready so late, I was never told it was ready. I had to go and ask. Terrible service so disappointing. I been there so many times this is one of the worst time ever. I waited almost four hrs for an oil change.
