I arrived at 8:40 , I went to the front desk of the service area then they told me someone would come outside I went back out and waited ten minutes for someone to come assist me. Then Juan came and I specifically told him I want a tire Rotation and oil change service and a check on my back right tire for a weird sound .He wrote things done and walk me back inside, where we talked for 3 minutes then was told to wait in the waiting area for an hour an a half. I waited patiently and then Juan came to tell me that someone went to test drive my car for the odd sound I had mentioned. Around 11:50 was when Juan came back gave me some papers and told me that the wailing sound is the bottom plastic of my car , which to me makes no sense at all because the bottom drags not wails. Then he was walking back to his desk and as he saw me walking to the cash register he turned and told me he needed to get some other paper work for the cash lady. I waited for him to get back for about 8 minutes standing looking ridiculous if I say so my self. Then finally he came and gave me the other papers , I was charged and then walked back to my car.
But came Monday morning and I realized that my front left tire was still in the same spot reason I know that was because that is the only tire with a patch on it so I knew then that they did not rotate my tires and I checked my receipt and seen they had charged me for that yet it was not done , by the way this is the second time this occurs. I called nissian as soon as I noticed and Nicky gladly assited me and checked the cameras to see if they did and she called me back saying that I was right and they did not do the full service that it just showed them putting my car up and down on the machine. She then offered me my full refund back for the service.
To me this is a safety issue and makes me afraid in having nissian service me because next time it could be my brakes or even my oil change that they do not do yet charge me for it This was very disappointing especially because I waited 3 hours and did not get the full service I asked for. There needs to be more care put into these things as well as more supervison.
But thank you again Nicky. But am still very disappointed.

Service was absolutely horrible. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Nissan of San Bernardino, or Metro Nissan.

Even when I saw the service office extremely busy, Vince stayed professional and pleasant during every interaction. I went in for a radar issue and Vince informed me that the fixed a knocking issue I had forgotten to mention. This will be my go-to place for all my car issues
Juan did a great job he had me informed of the status on the car at all times. My car was delivered and all issues I had with it resolved..
My car was not properly inspected. The paperwork said my fluids were okay and when I got home I noticed that was false. As I opened my hood. I saw oil/grease on my hood. It never fails that something wrong happens here.
I had to come back bc not enough oil was used and I had a reed warning as soon as I drove out the first time. I can’t back and Juan handles it. Took another 15 or so minutes. He also comp’d me oil change which I appreciated. As this was 2nd issue in the last 6 months with oil changes.
