I appreciated him for informing me about the lounge inside the dealership, it was super welcoming of him! David went out of his way to make sure I was well taken care of even when I went back to the dealership the next day after my service since my check engine light turned on. David is a rockstar!

There was more problems with my car and its suppose to be covered by the extra warranty we purchased when we got my car, but you guys said that you don’t have any record of our warranty
Well took mi Nissan Sentra for oil synthetic change that I was changed for . When I was at the cashier I checked paper work to make sure they used synthetic oil. They did not use synthetic they used conventional oil . When I brought it up they said it was the first time they saw this I responded no this is the first time someone catches this . They return car to technician and changed
Oil to synthetic. They said I was supposed to let them know be for they took car
But when history was pulled it did show as synthetic oil. Don’t know if I can trust this dealer again.
