Very unhappy with my visit for wipers not working properly. I was there from 1030am till 1pm to find out that the wipers needed a screw to be tightened

I typically bring my car for service and the last two visits my settings for service indicator have not been re-set on my dash board. Also I was told my car would be wash and it was not, seems like they only pass a rag or a towel around it. Hernan was very polite and friendly but who ever work on my car did not do a thorough check or re-sets. And who ever was supposed to wash it did not do it.
