Not with the Fontana office but ordering people. They sent the wrong parts which then made my wait longer. I appreciate my representative i work with. He is very helpful with trying to make my repairs not so scary.

Great Customer Service... Aveno was Great explaining ;;. What’s going to be done. Offer to give me a ride or I can wait in the waiting room. I can’t say enough about Lily and the amazing job she always does. In honesty will only deal with her. If she is on lunch or off that day, I wait until she is available. What a great asset she is to Fontana Nissan. If it were not for her, I’d get my work done at another location.
