Lily did a great getting my car back to me promptly.
The service took longer than I expected. Also I asked for the inspection checklist and they didnt provide me one, The service consultant just checked on the computer and told me the technician didn’t find anything that needs attention which is good news. I like to compare inspection checklist since my last one said my brake pads might need attention (yellow). The service consultant is very nice.

David is one of the best service providers I have dealt with here at Fontana Nissan. He is kind and trust worthy. I feel very comfortable bringing my car to be serviced with him. You should consider creating a personal service experience for your customers. The Nissan dealer in Montclair,that I drive the extra miles for, the service techs meet you outside at your car and take care of everything on their tablets right there. There is no walking in , waiting to be greeted as you guess where you are supposed to stand. Like it is in this service center. I always feel uncomfortable standing there. I appreciated Herman today, he was very polite and efficient. I had purchased the 3 oil change package and was in for my second. As I was told when I purchased the package, it is not a special you run all the time, like Montclair, I'm afraid I will most likely use Montclair Nissan in the future. Thank you for listening.
