I had an appointment at 7:30 and was told about 1 1/2 hours and they took 1hour 50 minutes. What’s the sense of an appointment if they don’t respect the time. I was late to work because of those 20 minutes. Otherwise it was ok.
I was surprised to see my car wasn't washed as on previous visit. But HAPPY so far with work performed.
For an oil change took longer than I expected, finally my car was ready and I was waiting outside for 10 minutes for me to get my keys, employees kept telling me “ they are bringing your car right now” . 3 different employees told me that, frustrating when they tell you “your car is ready” but it takes another 10 mins for them to find my car and bring it to the front
I scheduled an 8:40 appt for an oil change and arrived at 8:20. At 10:00 I was informed that the correct parts were not available and would have to wait until they were picked up. The delay should not have occured since the make and model of the vehicle were already known. The part should have already been there.
With the Nissan staff included, David has always treated me with respect & provides the best service for my vehicle!

The first time I had the radio replace was because the number and letters faded out. Now this is the second radio and it happened again. I am unsatisfied because the radio is defective. Please contact the manufacturer to see if other customer were unsatisfied.
