Lily greeted me with a big smile as I stepped up to the counter which was amazing especially towards the end of the day which is unusual to say the least but very heartfelt. She was very professional and offered alternative methods of payment and availability for pick up. Due to my long work hours, this was my biggest concern. She was knowledgeable, amiable and has excellent customer service skills. I was very impressed. I have a Mercedes as well and was pleasant surprised that Nissan offers an equivalent level of service in their service department. Keep up the great work. Lily... Equivalent
