Lily was incredible and made the process smooth right from the start and kept me informed about the progress via text messages and helped me rent a car. (I loved that car—the Rogue.) Your service people did a fantastic job of diagnosing my vehicle and did a lot of work on it. It runs great now. The physical area where customers wait is the nicest I have ever seen, and I loved the popcorn! I was worried about choosing the right place to get the work done and found the best dealership ever in Fontana Nissan. Your people are great and the service area is clean and nice.
I filled this out already!! Service was terrible! The car was not fixed, and he said he could not do it. It was towed elsewhere to be repaired very quickly! I asked this rep., if I could keep the rental out till morning, since I had no notice on the day my car would be towed. I was told, "NO". So, I had to leave work early to get the rental back by closing the same day. It was extremely inconvenient and caused a problem on my job! Nissan totally blew it!!!!
