I've gone to Fontana Nissan a couple of times, but I always prefer to go with Lily, she has given me the best service out of everyone there. She is the friendliest and nicest rep Fontana Nissan has.
Unfortunately the problem I have with my car was not resolved but Vince was more than sympathetic & understanding about my issues. Vince is awesome & I would definitely go back due to his integrity & excellent customer service. Thank you! It's refreshing to see this type of service still exists.

As for my experience with Avedis, he was just great. The mechanic was finished with my car just as Avedis said. The negative experience came about when it was time to pay my bill. I began writing a check. Before writing in the amount, I asked the cashier for the total and she said, $550.84. I completed the check, gave it to the cashier who then called for someone to approve the check. Once the approver looked at the check, I was told that Nissan does not accept checks written over $500.00. I told the approver, that I wish the cashier would have told me before I wrote and wasted the last check. At first the cashier tried to deny knowing that I was writing a check. She should have known that tule and not let me write the check thinking it would be approved, which she admitted to me and apologized for once the approver left the booth. I was perturbed because the check I wrote was the last one from an account I wanted the money taken, and I had to write another check from a different account and use my debit card which has a daily limit and because I had to use the card, I was unable to complete the rest of my errands which required me to use my debit card. A sign should be posted and customers should be notified when they are spending more than $500.00 not to write checks over that amount.

Definitely keep up the good job, i appreciate that you guys check the maintenance on other parts that need to be changed ahead of time. I would suggest to give an estimate for how long the wait will be (if possible). I thought the wait would be 30min-1hr, and waited almost 3 hours. If i knew the wait time i would have gone home and came back. Other than that you guys are great and super friendly.

They fixed my car after I took it back because the problem wasn't fixed. They kept word and repaired the car. I have always enjoyed bringing my car to Fontana Nissan. Vince kept his word and made the situation right. A real stand up employee. Thank you Vince.
