My vehicle was at dealer for almost a week, I was trying to get an update of my vehicle for 4 days straight, never was able to get someone on the phone for any update,spoke to nicki 1 time she promised to call me back and never did, very upset,,,1 week at dealer for a brake switch

i came in for my free oil change with the purchase of my new truck and also swapped my fog lights for some brighter ones and it took less then a hour but i waited for additional hour to get my truck washed but it never happened. i ended up waiting for no reason as i picked up my dirty truck because i was tired of waiting around . Terrible service and a lack of follow through.

David was great. He clarified a lot of things that involved my extended warranty. However?, I am disappointed in Nissan Corporation and their lack of accountability for their craftmanship of the 2015 Nissan Sentra for which I have had repetitive issues with the same problem. Shame on you Nissan????????
