Lily is an amazing employee !!! Excellent customer service rep, with everyone that walks in that door. Her skills go beyond, her following up on the status of your is phenomenal. I could see her climbing up the Nissan ladder. I would be remiss if I did not mention how valuable she is to your firm, please value her, good employees with a great mindset aré hard to come by, Lily you did an awesome job!!!
