Herman was great, as always. And even though my car is out of warranty, I bring it to you instead of an independent shop (which would cost less) because I trust your service. BUT 4 hours to install new tires is ridiculous. I understand they are low profile tires, which are difficult, but if you (Nissan) sells a performance vehicle (GT-R), then you need to be able to service it in a reasonable time frame (I was waiting at your dealership).

Fast friendly service. Very communicative with text messages, and with any questions or concerns I had. Definitely a job well done !!! Best part was , total for all repairs came out to be less than first quoted. Which was a relief cause pretty uncomfortable with the first quote, but couldn't back out of repairs cause was already committed to the price of the diagnostic.
