Juan was very friendly and attentive to the history of my service and he gave a good approximation of timeframe for the service. The service took a little longer but all went well.
Lily and staff were clearly busy , understaffed due to the pandemic . At first I was a but frustrated walking into that, thinking selfishly not considering what they were dealing with ???? the staff were beyond helpful ,attentive and worked with less then half the staff they had before this pandemic. They did their absolute BEST with good humble attitudes. I came back to pick up my vehicle and felt so bad that I felt that way . Even with half staff they still managed to vacuum and wash. Im honestly extremely satisfied. Lily you are Nissans Rock ! Def a keeper !
This was the first time taking in my car for service and I had a fantastic experience. Juan was very quick and efficient. They started service early in the morning and by 1pm they were done. He made sure that we were informed of the quotes quickly, payment was done online before I picked up my car and the service was fantastic. We’re very thankful for your service!
