It was my first time here and it literally took me 3 hours for a oil change. I did not felt welcomed or appreciated everyone was in such a rush and that juts seems to me like they prefer quality over quantity and that’s wrong customers ALWAYS come first, at the end of the day I’m paying hood money for my vehicle and my maintenance on the car!
We sat in queue for 45 minutes until I went against our instructions and went inside. Who knows how long i would have had to wait with the car running!
After showing up 30min early I waited for a hour. Then it took 3more hours. It was just an oil change, this was a appointment. I have been here with no appointment and had better service. Whoever schedules the appointments needs to be trained. This was ridicules!!!

Excellent costumer service
Service experience was nice and I would return. After dropping off the car for service, I walked around the lot to view cars. I walked across the lot 3 times and not a single person came to check. Service yes, purchase no.
I’m super grateful for what you do. But why are you excepting appointments that you can’t deliver on? If you’re short handed hire more bodies or schedule less appointments.

Nicole took my truck in and got it fixed in a timely manner after I told her that I needed my truck to pick up a newly purchased trailer...it was dropped off Monday and fixed by Tuesday... She did a great job
